The winter holiday concert unites two heartening musical traditions, the singing of Christmas carols and the ringing of handbells. At least since the Victorian era, carols and handbells have lent their uplifting music to this time of joy and devotion. Tonight you’ll hear traditional favorites, and we hope you will find this the ideal event to ring in the holiday season with family and friends. Masterworks welcomes back as our special guest artists the acclaimed Pacific Northwest handbell ensemble, Bells of the Cascades.

Senior Services of South Sound STARS Program provides a daytime setting for frail seniors and disabled adults. Staff and volunteers lead groups in creative, enjoyable activities from crafts and music to field trips and oral reading. STARS gives caregivers valuable respite with the knowledge that their family member is receiving excellent care.
