7:00pm - Concert Talk
7:30pm - Performance
Our connection to the earth can evoke wonderful music, just as readily as our connection to one another. Tonight’s concert celebrates the beauty of the earth, helps renew our bond with nature, and rewards us with laughter and cheer. Guest Artist Dana Lyons is a distinguished songwriter and renowned performer. A musical spokesman for the environmental movement, Lyons is likened to a contemporary Pete Seeger.

Spotlight On: Concern for Animals
Concern for Animals is a nonprofit founded in 1980 to assist residents and their animals in Thurston, Lewis and Mason counties. In 2010 alone, CFA provided financial assistance to more than 4000 animals for spay and neuter, vaccinations, and emergency medical care. Last year, the nonprofit gave out hundreds of bags of dog and cat food and began an adoption program that placed more than 400 pets in loving homes. The nonprofit relies on donations, grants, estate bequests, fund raisers, and volunteers. To help ensure that no animal is forgotten, contact CFA.
